I want this to be a place where you can come to be inspired or at least to renew your hope in what is possible and positive that is happening in the world. I am so tired of the constant stream of negativity that is bombarding us every second of the day in the media. Do you know how many things actually go well all over the world, every single day, in comparison to all the negativity that is reported? Our news sources offer us a skewed perception of reality. I recommend logging on to www.HappyNews.com and reading what is happening all over the world that is positive inspiring and uplifiting. In fact, you can become a citizen journalist and submit stories to the editor of Happy News, and report what is happening in your local community.

I believe in energy and the energy of your mind. The thoughts you think are very powerful and they have magnetic and creative power stored inside of them. Every thought you have ever thought still exists in the universe in a form of energy that is vibrating. Because all thought is energy, all thought is magnetic. Every thought magnetically attracts other thoughts to itself, which have similar frequencies. Its like a radio station. The signals you broadcast ( the thoughts you tune into) determine what you get back into your experience. The more you focus on any one thought, the more momentum it builds, and eventually it is just like the expression says, it becomes a "train of thought" that you can ride. SO what thoughts are you tuning into on a regular basis, and allowing to build momentum in your life?

If you are not paying attention to what you are tuning into every day, you are subject to all of the negative thought that is being streamed at you from tv, radio, and the internet, and that may not be what you want to tune into. It is easy to be overwhelmed by all of the fear and doom and gloom that is swirling around us, unless your mind is clearly focused on something different. It is like trying to listen to two radio stations at the time. All of that conflicting noise will eventually cause you to choose one station that you will listen to. The same is true of your mind, you will tend to give into the train of thought has the most momentum. So you have to try and build a new train of postive thought that can slowly build momentum in a new direction and that takes practice. You have to be willing to begin again, and keep noticing where you invest most of your mental energy. That is the only way you can begin to change your mind, change your life, and change the world.
